Themelios reviewer Constantine R. Campbell of Moore Theological College in Australia, has put his money where his mouth is: he has enthusiastically dubbed the D.A. Carson-edited Granville Sharp’s Canon and Its Kin: Semantics and Significance by Daniel B. Wallace as "landmark and robust to the point of seeming virtually irrefutable [which] will stand the test of time as one of the best contributions to Greek syntax of the twenty-first century."

If interested, you can read the rest of the review at the Themelios web site. Granted, the volume is only likely to interest the Greek geeks among us, but one just has to admire the verve and vigour with which the brave Con Campbell praises the book. It's okay to love something that much, even a book on Greek syntax. The man does know his Greek - he has written many books on the language and has no doubt forgotten more Greek than I will ever learn.
