Chadwick has been senior pastor of Stroudwater Christian Church in Portland, Maine, for over ten years. He holds a D.Min. from Fuller Theological Seminary and an M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where he also served as chaplain. He and his wife Carol have two sons.
