Malcolm Gladwell (born September 3, 1963) is a Canadian journalist now based in New York City who has been a staff writer for The New Yorker since 1996. He is known as the author of the bestselling books The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference (2000) and Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking (2005).
