Philip Hallie

Philip Hallie, author of Lest Innocent Blood Be Shed, Tales of Good and Evil, and other books, was a Griffin Professor of Philosophy and Humanities at Wesleyan University. He served as acting director of the Center for Advanced Studies from 1967 to 1969. His degrees came from Harvard, Oxford and Grinnell Universities. Philip was a decorated veteran of World War II.
