Tuesday has once more rolled around and this week we have six (count 'em, six!) new reviews for you to enjoy.
From Mark Tubbs comes a review of Stephen Nichols' short book, Jonathan Edwards’ Resolutions and Advice to Young Converts (and let me tell you, just keeping up with the volume of books written by Stephen Nichols is nearly a full-time job).
From Ian Clary comes a review of a rather obscure but interesting title called Luther as a Spiritual Advisor. He says, "There is so much to be said in commendation of this book that it is best to let readers discover it for themselves."
Meanwhile, Derek Thomas, a guest reviewer, brings a review of Anne Rice's novel Christ the Lord: Out of Egypt, the first in a series of novels on the life of Jesus. I've followed it with a review of Christ the Lord: The Road to Cana, the series' second title that will be on store shelves next week.
And we are not finished yet. I have written a review of Memoirs of an Ordinary Pastor, the moving and inspiring biography of Tom Carson, the father of D.A. Carson. It is a wonderful book that I can't commend too highly.
And finally, I have written a review of The Case for Civility by Os Guinness. The review is accompanied by an interview with the author which you can read by clicking right here.
As always, we'll be back next Tuesday with more reviews.
